Shipping and Returns


Please see product for stock around times. Most of our products are ready to ship and some have a 3-4 weeks turn around time. Please message us for any enquiries regarding lead times. 

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If there is a fault with your product, we will happily replace or refund your item, including postage. 

If you've received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours with your name and order number along with photographs and descriptions of the damages. Once we receive your message, we will respond to you as soon as we can with the outcome.

If your parcel was delivered on the tracking info but goes missing, Lyla Sage take no responsibility for missing parcel.
